Terms of Service

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment (full payment or deposit, as offered at checkout).
• Remaining balances must be paid before the trip departure date. We may send payment reminders by email and, if you have opted in, by text message.
• Prices and trip schedules are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

• You may cancel your booking through your account. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, you may receive a refund or account credit as described at the time of booking.
• We may cancel or reschedule trips due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. If we cancel, you will receive account credit or a refund.

• All divers must hold appropriate certification for the trips they book and must complete required waivers before departure.
• The captain and crew have final authority on all safety matters, including the decision to deny participation to any person whose condition or conduct presents a safety risk. No refund obligation arises from safety-related removal during a trip.

By opting in to SMS notifications when booking, you agree to receive text messages from Marissa Charters at the phone number you provide. Messages include booking confirmations, trip reschedule and cancellation notices, payment reminders, reminders about an incomplete booking, and customer-service messages about your trip.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can book with us without opting in.
• Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marissa Charters, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Scuba diving involves inherent risks; participation is subject to the signed liability waiver.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
