When you book a trip or create an account with us, we collect:

• Contact information: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Booking information: the trips you book, payment status, and booking preferences.
• Diver information: certification details, certification card images, emergency contact, equipment preferences, signed waivers, dive log entries, and photos you choose to upload.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as IP address and pages visited, used to operate and secure the site.

• Process and manage your bookings
• Communicate with you about your trips, including confirmations, cancellations, schedule changes, and payment reminders
• Provide customer service
• Meet safety and legal requirements for charter operations

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS notifications, we will send you text messages related to your bookings: booking confirmations, trip reschedule and cancellation notices, payment reminders, reminders about an incomplete booking, and customer-service messages about your trip.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can book with us without opting in.
• Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business — payment processing, email delivery, text-message delivery, file storage, and account sign-in — and only as needed to provide those services
• Analytics and advertising partners (see “Cookies and online advertising” below), limited to site-usage and browsing data collected through cookies
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect safety

Our website uses cookies and similar technology — small pieces of data stored in your browser — to keep you signed in, secure our checkout, and understand how the site is used. This includes cookies from:

• Sign-in and checkout: our account login provider and our payment processor, to keep your session secure and prevent fraud.
• Analytics and advertising: tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which we use or may use to see how visitors find and use our site and to show our ads to people who have visited our site when they use other websites or apps.

We ask before switching any of this on. The analytics and advertising cookies above stay off until you agree to them; the sign-in and checkout ones are always on, because the site cannot take a booking without them. You can change your mind at any time — use Cookie preferences here, or the same link in the footer of any page. Turning analytics off also deletes the random id we had stored in your browser.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in your settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site work, including staying signed in. Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Signed waivers are retained as required for liability and insurance purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected] or (619) 757-3280. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can manage your notification preferences in your account.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
